--- a book titled TOUCHING SOUND, on lullabies and laments and the effects of sound upon the body, in discussions with other composers, psychologists and sound engineers.

--- the chamber opera "BEEing" for cast of three sopranos and one baritone; with texts by Hays from her bee-keeping diary, letters and poems of Queens Elizabeth the First and Christina of Sweden, the Red Queen of Alice, and Gertrude Stein.

---coming on Centaur CD, performance of "M.O.M. 'N P.O.P." for 3 pianos, and "Windy Gestures" for piano solo.
