A client of mine on knitspin.etsy.com bought some sock yarn that I handpainted and this is the sock that she made for her mother. This etsy person is very talented, I really appreciated her sending her picture of the finish project.

It is has been a while since I have updated this blog. It just it has been very busy with Eric.  Eric had his karate test and now he is a Brown Belt 3rd degree in Taekwondo Karate. Let me tell you I do not wish to meet him in a dark alley. For Mother's Day they had the mothers take karate with their kids, well I did and I had black and blues all over my knee's and my whole body hurts for a couples of days. I just could not walk at all.

Eric was also in a karate tournament and he won 3rd place in Nun-chuks competition and he won 3rd place in Sparring competation. For not competing for 3 years in a ring he did great by placing in two categories.

I have been doing the Memory book for the 5th graders that will be graduation from 5th grade this year and that includes my Eric. Let me tell you they do need someone that knows about computers there is so much things that are easy to do but most of the major stuff I'm out of luck with that one. I had to get the help of one of the other mom's to help me out. I could have not done it by myself. I'm glad that 5th grade is almost ending, I'm tired of planning for the year. Next year someone else can plan for 6th grade I'm not doing it.

Well in my etsy shop at knitspin.etsy.com, is doing well considering that I have not had time to deal with the store at all for the past month. I finally, updated the store with 2 new rovings for summer time. I have more to add and will probably do it tomorrow if I have time to do it. I wish I could finish all the stuff with 5th grade so I can dedicated more time to my store. But hopefully, it will be finish something tomorrow and then I will have more time to dedicated to my store.

Well I posted some roving and handspun yarn at my etsy store. If you look at the main page of this blog you can see all the new items in my shop if you go to the bottom of this page.

Next I'm working on a Silk scarf, I painted the roving and then I spun the yarn. It was so lovely that I decided to make a scarf out of the yarn. When I finish will post a picture of the scarf.
