Illinois Central Gulf General Freight Set 1972-1987
This HO decal set includes plenty of lettering covering many different orange ICG era freight schemes: 1967 IC Split Rail, 1972 ICG I-Rail, 1978 and 1979 Simplified Lettering. This set does not include much specific data, so use appropriate data from your favorite Herald King, Microscale, Champ, Oddballs, or Islington Station Products decal sets. (Depending, of course, on the type of car you are lettering.)
Various sizes and styles of reporting marks are included covering several classes of boxcars and covered hoppers. Enough lettering is included to assist in decaling 5 to 6 freight cars.
Emblems vary by car class, and can be found in the companion decal set ICG General Freightcar Emblems.
