Rick is in shipping, and Duane & Jimmy are working behind the scenes in used parts. They get the old Volvos running again, test the parts and then clean up the mess, finally sending the hulk to the scrapyard.

Bill Eidson is the head honcho, occasionally answering the phone and replying to email very slowly with one-finger typing. He also does the jobs that no one else will do.
