These cakes are custom designed for each individual according
to their requests, theme, etc. Pricing varies depending upon what embellishments are desired as well as the cake recipe which
is based on cost of ingredients. I am always open to doing cakes from favorite recipes. The Victorian cake was a traditional
Brazilian fruit cake. The 50th anniversary cake was an old family recipe for cream cheese pound cake. My signature cake is
an orange rum (no alcohol) with a cream filling. This evolved because it was the cake I made for my own wedding and everyone
said it was the best wedding cake they ever tasted.
Although I do not try to copy pictures from magazines, as
that takes all the joy and creativity out of the design process, sending me photos of cakes you like will help guide me to
creating a design that suits your style. Provide your own topper or request silk or fresh flowers. I can create
a cake as simple, fun or elegant as you like. The goal is to design a cake that suits your theme and personality. I do sheet
