Spring Thing

Taking time off from cycling and most of life to get my 66 Mini Traveller on the road.

2/12/06- ran into a typical Mini snag as the rear hub nut just stripped out on the stub axle.  Wouldn't come off, and so it had to be cut off...  After about an hour and three cut-off wheels, the hub was freed and the brake removed for fitment to the spare rear arm, already painted and ready.  Before and after pic to come tomorrow.

2/09/06- cleaning the rear swingarms and preparing for paint.

2/08/06 - assembled the front suspension, just need to put in brake lines and the subframe is ready for the engine to be mounted.
