International Custom Designed Menus - Indonesian, Cuban and New Orleans Cuisine's are the Chefs specialties but there is no limit.

Note: This listing is a partial listing. We have clients that simply asked us to  take care of their event top to bottom. We do charge for that service dependant on the time requirements.  


We have been doing Pacific Rim before the term existed - one of our favorites along with Cuban and New Orleans Cuisines.

AWF is not locked in on any menu, what is listed gives a sense but, if your function requires anything different then just let us know.
