PHD Realtors Inc. offer General Commercial and Residential Real Estate Solutions as well a number of Specialty Services. We pride ourselves on our ability to listen to our Client's needs and provide assistance designed to be consistent with his objectives. Tim Smith, Qualifying Broker, has worked in the local Real Estate market for many years. He was graduated from the University of Miami (Go Cains!) in 1971 and is active with Boy Scouts of America in Broward County. Mr. Smith is a Viet Nam Veteran and past President of the Fort Lauderdale Jaycees.
