Here is a map of the land, done up in a style reminiscent of old, hand-drawn maps. It gives a pretty good idea what the shape of the land shall be, and a general idea about the terrain. Icons were added to show the approximate location of major landmarks.
If you would like to use the map as a background or wallpaper, I have two versions of it here. The first is sized for a resolution of 800x600.
