Denise is vey knowledgable and has been extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of retraining my horse in dressage. With her help, my horse and I are progressing faster than I would have thought possible. Since starting lessons with Denise, we have been scoring in the high 60s on our tests and our scores continue to steadily improve. I am able to benefit from Denise's knowledge as a dressage judge, and she is gifted at helping establish correct dressage skills and movements. She works with each horse/rider combination as an individual to discover what approach will be most helpful in achieving your goals. Denise is very generous with her time - she seems to truly enjoy teaching and spends as much time helping me understand the why as she does teaching me the how. My horse is not a breed traditionally seen in the dressage ring but with Denise's help, he is learning to carry himself correctly, we are enjoying learning dressage together, and we are consistently receiving positive comments and scores on our tests.
