WHAT IS THE CJ PLAN?
For most people, following the regular WW program results in fairly continuous, consistent losses. But for some of us (especially those who exercise a lot), our losses are slow (less than 1/5 lb per week) or the losses come to a complete halt for months at a time. These long plateaus can be frustrating and result in a lack of motivation. For many people, the CJ Plan shakes up their metabolism and gets the scale moving downward again. (Please note: this plan is NOT sanctioned by or affliated with the official WW program.)

WHAT IS THE "THEORY" BEHIND THE CJ PLAN?
Your body gets used to eating the same number of calories and amount of fat over and over again. The SSHDs (Super Super High Days) keep it guessing. You are taking your points really, really high and then really low. It is tricking your body into letting go of stored fat. It is telling your body that there is no reason to hang on to stored food because there is more food coming in.
