The living room area is comfortable and tastefully furnished. The sofa can be converted to a queen sleeper if needed. A large TV, VCR and AM/FM cassette radio is tucked away inside an armoire. Read, watch TV, or just step outside through the sliding glass door and relax on the patio. This large semi covered patio is perfect for your outdoor barbecues or just lounging in the warm Palm Springs sunshine.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware. Everything you need to prepare and serve a wonderful meal is available here. There are even matching cloth napkins and place mats for the glass dining room table.
Master Bedroom & Bath
The large, open master bedroom contains a king size bed and walk in closet with a private bathroom. A sliding glass door opens up onto the outside patio, giving you a lovely view of the local scenery, pool and mountains.
Second Bedroom & Bath
The second bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and sliding glass door which opens onto it's own small private patio. The full bathroom is private and located just outside the bedroom door.
Pool, Spa, Tennis, Golf Course and Golf Course Walking Paths
The pool and spa are within 20 steps of the front patio, with the tennis courts and walking path along the golf course another 40 steps away! The golf course clubhouse is less than a half of mile away.
