Pixellators and Blurrinators

What if the people who keep reality TV clean by blurring out things we shouldn't see started working overtime?

It's so hard to blur out just a forehead. It's pretty uniformly colored, so the end result is too subtle. But blurring out much more ruins the joke.

NBC wasn't treating Scrubs very well at this time, and they had an ad that was very much like this.
