What if TV characters competed in the New York Marathon?

Following up the similar Wheel of Fortune entry, this was
supposed to turn into a running gag: technobabble solutions for
simple problems. But running gags only work when they're simple,
and it's no picnic writing technobabble, either. Although my technobabble here is freakishly accurate. It sounds like something they really would do to slow down time. |
