I made when I heard about the Enterprise episode "Dawn". Mocking UPN may be the lowest form of humor, but I had watched Star Trek on this network for nine seasons at this point, so I think I earned the right. |

Such a great idea, undermined by such a sad punchline.
I got stuck for ideas. I couldn't marry Buffy to Willow,
because Willow's gay and marrying them wouldn't be funny.
Marrying her to a demon isn't exactly shocking,
either. I still don't know who Buffy should marry third to
make it funny, but I know Anya's just a sad compromise. The whole joke was ripped off from The Simpsons anyway. I think I just wanted to poke fun at UPN some more. |
