What do teachers do when they have some free time? We may do lots of things (we are somewhat normal human beings you know), but one of the things we like to do most is to read; yes, we read for fun. Call us freaks, but when we find the time, we often choose to read.  If we can't find the time, then we make the time to read.  Try it!

These are some of the books teachers are reading:

Mrs. Steigerwald: Sleeping Freshmen Never Lie
Ms. Lind: The Education of a Coach
Mrs. Edgar: The Writing Life
Mr. Jusseaume: The Brothers Bulger
Mrs. Reed: Life as we Knew It
Mr. Sforza: The Winter Hill Gang
Miss Brennan: Just One Look
Ms. Hannon: Into Thin Air
Ms. LaBelle: Theodore Rex

Teachers are signing up for daily installments of classics too.  Mrs. Steigerwald is reading A Tale of Two Cities.  Ms. Lind is reading The Orestia Trilogy.  You can sign up for daily email or RSS feed for hundreds of classics, fiction and nonfiction.

Want to know what these books are about?  Check out reviews and publisher's information on http://www.amazon.com.

Ms. Lind's motto:  There is a big and exciting world out there - so get out of the house and make something of yourself!
Mrs. Steigerwald says:  Work hard now, play hard later.
