We would love to hear from you if you were in the Naval Armed Guard during WWII, especially if you were on the ships at the same time that Richard Lowe was on them. Also, if you are one of the men or a relative of one of the men that painted the mural with my dad at the Naval Armed Guard Base in Algiers, Louisiana we want to hear from you regarding where the mural is at this time many years later.  The Navy can not locate the mural.
