Single filer, (Must meet all of
the following requirements)
- Only income for Husband and/or Wife is from social security or disability income, or both unemployed
for greater than 6 months.
- No Real Estate ownership of any kind
- No Automobiles
- No Secured Debt
- No Lawsuits
- No Abusive charging activity
- All other asset values <$1000 per filer
- Unsecured Debt < $10,000
From $1300.00 for Typical Single Petitioner Bankruptcy
- Owns an automobile with a Payment
- Has 401k or other Retirement Plan
- $10,000 - $50,000 in credit card debt
- Income falls within the Median Income as required by bankruptcy rules for chapter 7
- Assets do not exceed exemption limits
- No Excessive recent increase in debt

- Excessive credit card charging

- Ownership of a Business
- Assets or property that exceed exemption amounts
