SERVED WITH
FORECLOSURE? Contact an attorney IMMEDIATELY. You only have 20 days to respond to
this lawsuit. We will take immediate action, striving to avoid foreclosure and save your home.
FORECLOSURE OPTIONS:
BANKRUPTCY: Chapter
13 Bankruptcy can be used to prevent foreclosure and safeguard the home by restructuring past due mortgage payments.
Filing Chapter 13 can also prevent repossession of a vehicle by restructuring the loan payments to make it more affordable.
A foreclosure sale is immediately stopped when a bankruptcy case is filed. This could provide you the
extra time you need to renegotiate your loan or find a buyer for your home. Chapter 7 will eliminate your obligation
to pay your mortgage, but you will eventually have to surrender the home to the bank. Our clients often remain in their
homes for up to a year without making mortgage payments, taxes, or homeowners fees.

FORECLOSURE DEFENSE
Foreclosure is an action by the bank to take back your property. You have
the right to fight that action. Banks must take specific steps, in the correct order, with the correct timing, in order to
have the right to foreclose. Without hiring an attorney, you may not know whether the bank has done the foreclosure correctly.
Additionally, almost all mortgages in the state of Florida have the right
of "reinstatement." This means that, if at any time during the foreclosure litigation process the borrower comes up with the
money for the late payments or can make a deal with the bank to cure the arrearages or late payments, legally the bank must
dismiss the foreclosure action.

HOW WE CAN HELP YOU
By Defending the Foreclosure, we may be able to delay the Foreclosure Sale
by up to 1 year. This means that you may remain in your home without making any mortgage, property taxes,
or insurance payments while the foreclosure is being delayed.
When the Foreclosure Sale date approaches, we may further delay the
Sale by filing for Bankruptcy. Through the Bankruptcy, we may be able to completely eliminate all of your bills, credit
card debt, and the unpaid balance of your mortgage that remains after the foreclosure.
