Search for your birth date on the Internet, using the sites listed below.
Many of these sites give information for you birth date throughout history. To find more details
for the month and year you were born, search your birth date and the following days for one month and choose only those events
that occurred in your birth year.
Try limiting your searches in the following way when using Google or Dogpile:

You will need to select the type of resource that you are using and fill in the blanks.
REMEMBER! Copy down the "reference number" exactly so that you will be able to access
"your" file from any computer.
You will also need to save the citation as an "rtf" file so that it can be accessed in the library
if you save it on a floppy disk or thumb drive.
