Two weeks ago
he started getting fever at night, from 102-105 degress. Circular rashes all over his body appeared.
He was lackadaisical and clingy. He tested positive for Lyme Disease.
Treatment:
a homeopathic medicine was prescribed, to be taken three times daily.
Follow-up:
The next day the rashes were 50% gone; the next day, 75%. By the third day the rashes had almost disappeared.
His energy improved, and the fever dropped to 100-101. The medicine was continued for a month, then followed by a second one
for a week. He was pronounced completely cured by his MD.

“I have
a lot of pain in my knees. I can't jump anymore. I'm a dancer. I hurt my knees two years
ago, doing a show. I saw an acupuncturist and a chiropracter. Dance is who I am. I feel
like a cripple now.”
Aside from her
knee pain, she also reveals she is an incest survivor. “I felt different
from other kids. I was accepted in dance. It was a second family to me.”
Treatment:
a homeopathic medicine was sent.
Follow-up after one month:
“I felt lighter immediately after the remedy. The pain in my knees is 80 percent better.
I'm nurturing things more, meditating. I can go up and down stairs almost pain free. I
feel more compassionate and forgiving toward myself.” Follow-up after two years: no knee
pain since 2006.

She
is a
recent mother nursing a baby boy. She lives in another state, so we
worked over the phone. She feels ill, very run down. She has a fever of
101.5°. She wants to avoid antibiotics. Her nipples are sore on both
sides but not cracked. She is having trouble sleeping.
Treatment:
a
homeopathic medicine was sent.
Follow-up:
Four days later she called to say that her fever is gone, and her
breasts are now tender but not sore. She has developed a sore throat.
She still feels dragged down, tired. She was instructed to discontinue the
homeopathic medicine. The next day the sore throat went away. Five days
later she called to report: “I'm feeling much, much better. Thank you.”

She
works as a
corporate trainer in a media firm. “Every month I get a migraine, the
week of my period, that lasts three days. It's like clockwork. The
pain
starts on the right or left side, then moves to the middle. It helps to
close my eyes and eat a lot.” She takes Exedrin With Migraine, 6
tablets per day, for three to four days.
Treatment:
acupuncture and homeopathy.
Follow-up:
the
next period the headache was lighter, and she reduced her medication to 15 Exedrin from
20. She continued with treatment once a month. The next
period was even better. By the third period, she had
no migraine at all. “You are the best kept secret in New York!” she says. Email 1/16/08:
“You not only helped me with the migraines, blood pressure, but now--who knows?--acupuncture could have helped me to get pregnant!”

Ten days ago she became lethargic and grumpy. She was not hungry and spit out her food.
She cried in her sleep. There were bouts of fever and diarrhea.
Two days later her mom took her
to the pediatrician, but he could not make a diagnosis. A week later the girl developed a fever
of 103° with cough and runny nose. The next day she was taken back to the pediatrician, who then diagnosed pneumonia
of the right middle lobe.
The mother had seen good results
from homeopathic treatment previously, and she wished to avoid antibiotics if possible. I recommended
a homeopathic medicine with the understanding that the mom would start antibiotic treatment if there was no improvement within
24 hours. By the next day the fever was gone, the little girl was alert and happy, and she made a full recovery.

She comes with an enlarged, over active thyroid gland. Her MD wants to give her
radioactive iodine to destroy part of the
gland. Her mother says, "Don't do it! That's the same treatment I got 30 years
ago for my thyroid, and I've never been the same since."
Her last blood test showed a thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) level
of 0.02 (normal 0.27 - 4.20). She takes a daily dose of Methimazole 10mg,
a drug that inhibits synthesis of thyroid hormones.
Treatment: acupuncture and homeopathy, taking especially into consideration
her sensitivity to stress as a causative factor
Follow-up: Nov. 23 TSH: 0.03; Jan. 24: 4.45; March 30: 4.31; July 3: 1.16.
She discontinued her medication after the January results. The thyroid swelling is much reduced. Her TSH
has remained within the normal range up till now (last checked July, 2009).
