Welcome to DiStasio's Ristorante Italiano an intimate family-owned restaurant conveniently located in Los
Osos, on the Central Coast of California.
We provide a unique dining experience featuring delicious traditional Italian food that is rated among the
best on the Central Coast. Scrumptious veal, beef, steak, chicken, fish and pasta lunch and dinners are prepared in our open
kitchen. Come in and enjoy some of our more popular dishes such as our tender Veal Scaloppini, delectable Braciole (top sirloin
steak rolled, filled with spices and then simmered for hours in our Braciole sauce), grilled Halibut served with a delicious
buttery/wine sauce, grilled Harris Black Angus Ribeye steak,hearty Lasagna (meat, sausage or vegetable), mouth-watering Shrimp
Scampi or one of our many homemade stuffed pastas (Ravioli, Cannelloni, Manicotti). Enjoy these with one of seven delicious
DiStasio's homemade sauces. Try a truly scrumptious creamy-cheesy Alfredo sauce or be a real risk-taker and ask us to mix
the Alfredo sauce with our delicious Pesto sauce (Pine Nuts, Basil, cheese, garlic and olive oil). Even our traditional DiStasio's
Marinara sauce receives rave reviews. DELIZIOSO!!!

DiStasio's is just one mile from one of the most beautiful State Parks in California. Montana de Oro State
Park has breathtaking ocean scenery combined with hiking, walking and bicycling trails. This park features over 8,000 acres
of rugged cliffs, secluded sandy beaches, coastal plains, streams, canyons, and hills, including 1,347-foot Valencia Peak.
Naturalists and backpackers enjoy the solitude and freedom found along the park’s trails. There are also mountain biking and
equestrian trails. The best-known beach is Spooner’s Cove, across from the campground.
