We offer a free initial one-hour consultation, after which we can give you a recommendation on the service(s) required and a cost estimate.  

 

Event management services where we are wholly responsible for the event are billed at flat rate based on the size of the event, the time, and the number of staff required. A deposit is generally paid, with the balance being paid in monthly installments. 

 

Ad-hoc management and event services are generally billed at an hourly rate based on the type of service. Invoices are mailed monthly.

 

Where applicable, we recommend subcontractors and vendors based on their experience and suitability to your style and budget. Usually, they will bill you separately. We do not accept additional money from these vendors for our referrals.
