* EFFECTIVE   1 SEPT 2008, Retiree ID Cards will be the new     CAC CARD. For the ones not familiar with the new CAC card, looks like a credit card. Has a computer chip that contains your data. In order to be issued a new ID Card, you will be required to have 2 forms of identificaton with you.
