The Soggy Bottom Railroad, a private 15” gauge railroad, is located in eastern North Carolina 12 miles northwest of Rocky Mount, NC. It has been a lifetime dream of mine to have my own railroad; one large enough to ride inside of. Now is the time and the Soggy Bottom is that railroad. Once completed the track will wonder around 2 acres with approximately 1000 to 1200 feet of main line and 300 feet of yard track.
