Fresh Baby Spinach- with Granny Smith Apples, candied

Monkey Baked Chicken- with Asian-Ginger spices. * This
dish is pungent and aromatic, simply delicious and served with tarragon dumplings.
Grilled Salmon Steak- with a chili spice rub topped
with tangerine chutney and our Vegetarian roll with funky dipping sauces.
Monkey Filet- A succulent 8 oz Prime Filet Mignon grilled
to perfection and topped with our house made garlic butter sauce, served with wild mushroom risotto and steamed vegetables.
Funky Porter- Our Prime 22 oz Porterhouse Steak prepared
in your choice of three ways, a Mediterranean garlic herb rub, a spicy West Indies curry red pepper rub or simply grilled,
with roasted baby potatoes and vegetables.
Tender Duck Breast- pan seared with raspberry vinegar,
shallots, organic honey, and Mediterranean herbs served with mashed potatoes.
Pork Tenderloin- roasted with sesame, soy, hoisin sauce,
honey, ginger, and minced garlic served with sweet mashed potatoes.

Venison Loin- crusted with hazelnuts and pecans slow
roasted, with our very own blackberry sage sauce, mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Ostrich- grilled rare and served with our own hearty
plump blueberry sauce, mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
Shervedar Subzi- cauliflower, potatoes, carrots and
peas served in a cumin and black mustard seed sauce. A delightful funky vegetarian dish.
Pacific Halibut- marinated in sage and ginger, broiled
with a miso glaze and served with a garlic lime pineapple salsa, rice and asparagus.
