The maps below will direct you to both home plate and the 2 plaques which are on the 'old wall' which is marked with red bricks. "UP" is East and if you follow the line I drew outside of Forbes Quad, you will run into the existing/remaining wall as well as Mazeroski Field which is on the east side of the wall (i.e. in home run territory). I think there are a total of 3 plaques on the walkway, but one is a repeat facing the 'other' direction.

What follows is a map of the Forbes Quad area of the University of Pittsburgh. It details where home plate is, and where the old wall was and where Mazeroski's home run went out. Note that "up" is East and to the left (north) is Forbes Avenue.
