Pirate Uniforms on display in the team offices

Last Updated 2 November 1998

The pull over jersey with the Blue collar is from the era 1900-1906, 1910.
The other jersey with red piping and the P on the sleeve is distinctly from the World Championship year of 1925; the distinctive patch celebrated the National League's 50th year.
The Blue cap with red P was used 1915-1919, 1921-1939.
The Blue crown with the white P was used 1901-1909, 1913-1914, 1942-1946.
The white crown with the blue P was used in 1908, 1910-1912
The red bill cap on the right was used in 1940-1941 on the road.

The jersey on the left with the red script Pirates is from 1938.
The second jersey is from the era 1948-1956, but the patch on the sleeve identifies it as a 1951 jersey (the 75th anniversary of the National League).
The black cap with gold P is of the era 1948-1970, 1987-present; I was initially confused by the gold button on top of the cap, but a fan (Mark Mansour) wrote to tell me that the Bucs had a gold button on the top of the crown from '48-'50 and '65-'69.

The pin stripes were used 1977-1979.
The black and gold jersies were used 1977-1984.
The Black cap was used 1977-1986.
The Gold Batting Helmet was used 1970-1985.
The Gold cap was used 1976-1984.
