I AM assured, the Awakening of Higher Consciousness is upon us. That all the changes in the
Earth are telling us, Wake Up Wake Up there is a higher vibration to live in, there is a higher sphere of consciousness
to enter into! Get Excited About It! Expect It! Rejoice In It! Accept It!
I recently received an email asking me how do I forgive?
Try this exercise when you are in relationship and you really want to continue to be in relationship.
Step One: Air Negative Issues using a large piece of paper and a black marker. Each person
in the relationship.
Step Two: Read these issues out one at a time. Others give the space to the reader and
LISTEN, until all is read out loud.
Step Three:
LET GO OF ALL NEGATIVES
Let go, burn all the papers and MOVE FORWARD.
Step Four:
Create a contract to move forward.
A new beginning.
A new start,
a new contract in relationship.
Step Five:
Post it in a place where it will be a good reminder.
Step Six:
CONTINUE TO THINK: I AM MOVING FORWARD.

attitude should be to call on the LAW OF FORGIVENESS: and if she be feeling or sending criticism, condemnation, or hate to

LAW OF FORGIVENESS. Say to that person that is distrubing in any way: 'I SEND TO YOU THE
FULNESS OF THE DIVINE LOVE OF MY BEING TO BLESS AND PROSPER YOU." This attitude is the only release and FREEDOM from
the seeming failures of the outer activity."
