RosalieAnn is a CSY 44 WalkOver hull number 156 which was built in 1979, incorporated in Delaware as Akumal
and sailed up to the Chesapeake and sold at the Annapolis Sailboat show in 1980 to Ted Bauer.
Ted renamed her Incorrigible and he and his wife Marilyn and their kids did a little sailing in the Chesapeake
going as far north as NY. Incorrigible was docked in Galesville Md. In 1998, Ted sold his boat to Bob and RosalieAnn Beasley.
Renamed the RosalieAnn, she is now docked on Smith Creek off the Potomac River in MD.
Bob is an engineer, graduate of the USNA, with an additional engineering degree from USPGS. He was a Naval
aviator for 20 years before he retired as a USN Commander. He taught science and math in secondary school for several years,
and then worked for the MD Dept of the Environment in the oil control program. He is now retired and sailing to warm places
in the winter with his wife of 42 years, RosalieAnn. RosalieAnn the person was a CIH with MD OSHA for 14 years before she
retired in Feb 2000.

To switch pages, you must go ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.
Just above the other page links is the first half of a list of Walk Overs in order by hull number. Blank lines
have been left where the boat name is unknown.
-
On the Photos of RosalieAnn page will be a link to an overview of all the projects on the boat, a link to
photos of the aft cabin projects, and a link to photos of the cockpit. (Right now, since photoworks has redone their webpage,
the links don't work)
