In ALLEGIANCE, a host constructs five libraries; one for each color. The white deck contains white spells,
the green deck contains green spells, etc. Players share these five libraries.
Each player also has their own 12-card land library called a realm. Realms are not shared. For instance,
the Naya player might build a realm library with 4 forests, 4 mountains and 4 plains.
When a player draws a card, they pick which library they want to draw from.
