This is an all chocolate hedgehog for a real chocolate lover's birthday. It's carved out of devil's food cake, covered in milk chocolate frosting, and the quills are Cadbury's Flakes imported from England. This cake idea comes from "The Ultimate Cake Decorator" by Janice Murfitt and Louise Pickford. I think this is the family's favourite cake that I have ever made!
