I designed this cake for my niece Alex's birthday. Flint the horse was made of white chocolate with buttercream mane and tail. He sits on top of three quarter sheet cakes. This makes me realise I need a larger sheet cake pan! This was my first attempt at molded chocolate edible art, and I loved it.
