This was my first attempt at making Rice Krispie treats. This was made for Jordan's "unbirthday" at school last week. I thought it was really sweet of Ms. Christie, she assigned all of the children who had a summer birthday an "unbirthday" before the end of the school year. That way they wouldn't have to miss out on the fun of being the special person for the day and having their mummy bring in a treat for the class. This was Jordan's pick. She saw the cake of the same design in the Wilton 2002 yearbook (p.16)and said that's what she wanted in rice krispies. I'm glad to say she loved it!
