This cake idea comes from Betty Crocker's New Cake Decorating book. I loved it for its simplicity, the little presents are Starburst candies. The cake was my first from scratch orange coconut cake with creamy citrus frosting. The adults loved it, but the children hated it (except the Starbursts)! Since this cake, I've pretty much stuck with box mix cakes since everyone will eat them.
