This giant chocolate chip cookie (12" round) was made for Jonathan's preschool teacher assistant, Ms. Debbie. She is such a lovely lady. Much to my delight the class was learning about the letter Y this week at school, and one of their specifics to study was "yellow daffodils". It was timed perfectly since I still had a few yellow daffodils left in the cupboard from my first tiered cake!
