Ivette requested a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting for her birthday. I thought a nice bright sunflower cake might fit the bill for her summer birthday. The 2 big bees on top, and 18 tiny ones on the side are hand made from chocolate. The little bees have trail marks so you can see where they came from. I enjoyed making this cake - I usually don't do flowers so it was a challenge, but liked adding the bees as a whimsical touch!
