This was a 12" chocolate chip cookie wreath that I made for Jordan's preschool Christmas party. I'd never made a cookie this big before, so it was a little bit of an experiment, but I'm pleased with the way the cookie baked. I turned the oven down to 350 degrees and baked for 30 minutes with Wilton bake even strips around the edge of the pan. All of the decorations are hand "painted" and molded chocolate - I made sure to make 13 edible decorations since there are 13 in the class! I didn't want any arguments over who got the chocolate bits! They all seemed to like it, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the party!
