St. Louis RPM Meet will be held on Friday, June 23rd and
Saturday, June 24th, 2017
at the Gateway Convention Center, One Gateway Drive, Collinsville, IL 62234.
Collinsville is 12 miles east of metro St. Louis on I-55/70.
The meet starts at 9 AM both days.
Connect with friends and fellow prototype modelers at the nation's largest Prototype Modeler's Meet. 28,000-sq.ft. of high-quality models, displays, visitng prototype layouts, hands-on workstations and more in the modern, professional Gateway Convention Center. Presentations by nationally-recognized historians and modelers. Railroad Historical Societies, scale model vendors and manufacturers will also be in attendance. Thousands of models brought by modelers on display. Home layout tours, Fellowship, Door Prizes and much, much more!

Bring your models, finished or in progress, for display and discussion.
All scales, gauges,
and models from all eras are welcome; bring locomotives,
structures, freight cars, dioramas, vehicles or other models.
There are no contests. The purpose of our event is to share and
learn new techniques, and meet your fellow modelers from St.
Louis and around the Nation. We had over 2,500 models brought by
attendees in 2016!
Featuring the 55 x 15-foot Modutrak N Scale Layout, Jim Canter's traveling P48 layout, and the Mudhens in HOn3!
BRING YOUR MODELS FOR DISPLAY!
Hours: 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M both days. Admission: $25.00 Friday & Saturday, $20.00 Saturday only. Kids under 13 free with paid adult admission. Vendor set-up at 7:00 AM Fri. Sales end at 5:00 P.M. Saturday. This RPM Meet is a not-for-profit event.
THIS YEAR OUR FOCUS IS ON FREIGHT CARS!
Were expanding! This year were featuring 20 clinics by nationally-known modelers and historians and great local talent. Presentations begin at 9:30 a.m. both days. This year we are proud to feature Tony Thompson, Bernie Kempinski, Dan Holbrook, Ted Culotta, Ed Hawkins, David Lehlbach, Ryan Crawford, Clark Propst, Matt Herman, Paul Ellis, Rob Adams, Jared Harper, and more, all discussing the prototype and how to model it. Bring your freight cars for our massive display area and be part of the discussion. Clinic schedules will be available at the door.
2017 HANDS-ON LEARNING STATIONS
In addition to clinics, St. Louis RPM features nationally-recognized modelers demonstrating a wide variety of modeling techniques in the main ballroom. These are free for attendees--just pull up a chair and get involved!
Matt Herman of Loksound will present a clinic and bring a Loksound programmer. Bring your Loksound engines for programming, including sound updates, function mapping and more! (One locomotive per attendee please)
Dave Schroedle of Protoweathering.com will offer hands-on weathering clinics all day, both days. Bring your own models or buy them at the meet to learn new finishing skills using chalks and weathering powders.
Sgt John Lee and Badger Airbrush will be here with their full line of airbrushes and acrylic paint for you to try out. No reservations necessary!
The Weatehring Shop will be here too, displaying and weathering cars and teaching new techniques.
New This Year: Jeff Otto, of Oak Hill Model RR Track Supply, will be on hand to help you scratchbuild turnouts, all day, both days!
AND George Bogatiuk from Soundtraxx will be here with discounted Tsunami2 decoders. Hell do CV programming and set up your Tsunami-equipped locosno limitall for free!

HISTORICAL SOCIETY MEETING !
The very popular Railroad Historical Society meeting, once again run by the good folks from the MoPac HS, will be held on Friday evening. Space is limited. Stay tuned for more information.

Home layoutsincluding Eric Broomans fabulous Utah Beltwill be open for tours on Friday evening for registered attendees only. Maps and directions and more information will be available at the meet.
RPM SOCIAL EVENTS!
Meet us at Bandanas BBQ (4 Commerce Drive, Collinsville, IL 62234) on Thursday at 6 p.m. for our annual pre-RPM Social. No reservations necessary. After the BBQ join us at the Double Tree next to the Convention Center for a night cap with your fellow RPMers. Cash barcome and go as you please! On Friday night, well have a PowerPoint and Pizza Party at the Center from 7-9:00 p.m, with two PowerPoint shows, and later the RPM Roundup at the DoubleTree lounge staring at 10:00pm!
