A Guided Meditation for Wellness Group is offered in Vero Beach.  The group is recommended for anyone who wants to better manage stress, who has concerns about health or wellness, or who simply wants a practice that creates a sense of peace and well-being.  In these groups you will learn what it is like to take some control of your physical, emotional and spiritual health.  The groups are friendly, relaxing, and require no previous experience with meditation.
