Old Business
a. Retaining Wall Suit Update - Russell King, attorney, gave update
(review) on "wall" litigation. Board agreed to "binding arbitration" if
required to resolve disputed items.
b. Landscaping Issues
1. Spring/Summer Annuals - ok
2. Replacement of entry hollies printed too high - ok

3. Common Property behind Yale Court = ok - Haul off tree, item completed.
4. Mr. & Mrs. Beach's property/plant replacement - further study
5. Lassman care of back yard - her responsibility as per
established rules.
c. Directory
1. Corrections needed - make corrections with cover page to post additions/deletions.
d. Chilivis/Butler - questions - RE: Chilivis letter of February 18, 2005. Refer this item
to Kathy Dorough for opinion and follow through.
New Business
a. Water shut-offs
1. McFall - Stasco located a water shut-off within their home which was already in place.
2. Stasco preparing price to locate all individual unit water shut-off valves and/or install one which works properly for each home.
3. O'Callaghan will locate "Entrepreneurial" type plumber and get his approach to program of search, find and record valve locations/operational conditions.
b. Roof problem at Pool House - Further Review
