BOARD MEETING MINUTES

In attendance:  Tom Caudell, Ben O’Callaghan, Jan Hughen, Bob Rice and Lee Conn.
Absent:  John Arnold, Bill Beach, Mary Carroll

I.                    The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.

II.                 The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented.

III.               The Treasurer’s report was approved.

IV.              Old Business:

A.     The proposal for street signage from Sign-A-Rama was discussed.  It  lacked details such as the number of signs, verbage, and locations. Lee Conn & Bob Rice are to meet with Bob Brandon of Sign-A-Rama  for clarification.  The reflective paint colors like the test Yale Court sign were approved.

B.     The pool phone was out of service and the pool was closed until it was repaired.

C.     The plumbing work continues, but slowly.

D.     Selective pruning has been performed on shrubs and bushes.

E.      A requested fence to keep dogs in on Bainbridge Court was denied.  It was reported that the homeowner installed an “invisible” fence to solve the problem.

F.      A bench has been requested for the tennis court and it was approved.  Lee Conn is to handle the purchase with a budget of $ 250.00.

G.     Mr. Netherland had requested permission to add pea gravel in selected areas and Mr. Riggins had proposed some landscaping changes.  Both were approved.

H.     Wall repair payments to residents who were not party to the lawsuit but were entitled to some reimbursement were discussed.  President Caudell had requested a clarification from our attorney Russell D. King, and it is the Board’s desire to fully comply with its obligation to residents per the advice of Mr. King.  We will have additional discussions with him.

I.        The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
