- Homeowners should discuss these guidelines with the contractor before the
project begins. Submit projects to the Board, including:
- blueprints or rendering
- plan should indicate whether a dumpster or portable toilet would be
necessary and for how long
- Landscaping plan should accompany any expansion of basic home
footprint.
- Anything that restricts a community access to common walls should be
addressed as to alternative access.

GENERAL POLICIES |
- No dumpster in the street.
- Portable toilet should be placed in the least conspicuous place.
- Materials should be protected against rain carrying debris into streets or
into neighbors' yards or clogging sewer system.
- Restore community to previous condition immediately following a rain or
windstorm if debris is carried from the construction site.
- No building before 7:00 a.m.
- Construction trucks should be parked at the pool area or visitor parking
areas if not directly in use. In other words, any vehicle used to
transport workers and not directly involved in the construction process should
be parked at the pool area or designated visitor area.
- Major landscape projects should adhere to the same policies outlined
above.

COMPLETION TARGETS |
- After 90 days, any project that is not "closed in" relative to weather -
i.e. roof, windows and all doors installed so that any remaining work can be
completed inside.
- Homeowners are requested to update the board as to revised completion
timetables.
