SWIMMING POOL RULES
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY |

- Premises are to be used by Residents of The Courtyards and guests in the
company of Residents ONLY.
- Private parties must be approved in advance by the Pool Committee;
a) teen parties must be chaperoned by a Resident adult;
b) an advance deposit (to be defaulted for cause) will be required
from the sponsoring Resident to make certain that the premises are left in a good, clean, neat and orderly condition;
c) remember that the premises must be available to all Residents at all
times and usage by accompanied non-resident guests must be limited.
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by a Resident adult.
- No glass containers allowed - use cans, paper and plastic only.
- A towel must be placed on pool furniture when used.
- Be considerate of others - keep the premises clean, neat and orderly - place all litter,
including cigarette butts, in trash receptacles.
- Georgia law prohibits consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under 21 years of age
- and such consumption is forbidden at the pool.
- No ball or frisbee throwing allowed.
- No running allowed.
- No furniture may be removed from the fenced area.
- No radios, etc., may be used without earphones. Exceptions may be made by the Pool Committee for special parties.
- No pets allowed.
- Pool equipment room is off limits. No tampering with valves.
- Gate must be locked when premises are not in use. Last to leave is responsible for locking.
