Moto-Techniques has chrome or clear anodized versions cam shaft covers with a smooth surface
Wunderlich has chrome or silver anodized cam shaft covers in a smooth finish
Wunderlich has chrome or silver anodized final drive caps
Moto-Techniques offers chromed, clear, or black anodized nickel-plated brass.
Wunderlich has them in chrome or anodized silver, or with a BMW insert
San Jose BMW used to list a cam set with .060” total lift and 2 degree advanced timing. They've ben updating their website, and it isn't there as of March, 2005. If you're still interested, check their website at the link, or give them a call.

Techlusion – the TFi 1030 Control Box (AKA “Fuel Nanny”) can solve surging problems, as well as adjusting throttle response and other neat things.
Wunderlich has replacement Motronic chips they claim give up to 6 HP. YMMV.

Another of the Perennial Topics. They look cool, they (usually) sound (somewhat) better than stock, and they can definitely add power, especially in conjunction with a matching performance chip. However, be warned - at least one member of the R1150R.Net had his warranty (supposedly) revoked by BMWNA for having an aftermarket can on!
Laser – made in the Netherlands, offers stainless, titanium, or carbon fiber slip-ons and y-pipes
Metisse – has a stainless Y-pipe for the RR
Nikko – Aluminum or Titanium mufflers from Metisse
Remus – Aluminum, Titanium, or Carbon Fiber slip-ons.
Staintune – Premiere stainless pipes from the land Down Under, when quality is more important than cost.
Two Brothers Racing – offers full systems with a stainless y-pipe and aluminum or titanium mufflers.
Sebring “Jet-power” – sold by Wunderlich and Touratech UK, amongst others. Use google to search.
Zach system, sold through Boxer-Designs, has stainless y-pipes, straight thru (racing) pipes, and mufflers
Wudo makes an exhaust lowering kit (part# 18-12-15-12) that fits 1150R/GS, lets you use a left-hand case without the annoying cut-out

San Jose BMW lists a dual-plugging kit for your RR, including machine work. If you go for it, let us know how it works out!
If you’re in Europe, or can afford shipping, Wudo does dual-plugging, as well
San Jose BMW has a PowerFlow induction kit for the R11xx series. A 4" air filter, and a new larger diameter intake snorkle let your bike breathe better. You can read my installation guide here (PDF format, 450K in size).
