Lost Mountain Environmental Enterprises is a corporation dedicated to improving living standards through the use of organic ecologically beneficial processes.
Vermiculture is the use of earthworms as a natural
method of improving the productivity of soils for the growing of
plants. It is a very basic form of organic farming that has been
practiced in various societies throughout the world for decades. The
castings produced as worms compost garbage into fertile soil make
excellent chemical-free bedding for flowers or vegetables. As the
worms grow larger, they become a food source for raising fish, or as
bait to catch fish in the wild. Vermiculture is a safe, no waste,
environmentally friendly method of organic farming.
