"T-Day Food"
Hi all!
I'm beginning to work a little more on T-day. For those of you who are planning/cooking meals please let me know as soon as possible if there is food that you want me to buy--esp for non-perishables as I have to do multiple shoppings and non-perishibles can be bought early. Please remember to bring your oranges, coffee and any other beverages.

"It's That Time Of Year Again"
Hi All!
I don't know whether I'm getting more relaxed about T-day or what, but this is a very late email! I'm calling for the following information:
1. Are you coming? and if so, how many are in your group and when are you arriving and when are you leaving?
2. What are you bringing for Wednesday night (if you will be here)? I would like to propose that everyone brings at least one NEW thing. I think our food, while always good, has gotten a little boring.
3. What teams will you be one? Please keep in mind that every meal has set-up, cooking, and clean-up. Wednesday night and Thursday night have two clean-ups, early and late

This year EVERYONE needs to bring:
-5 oranges per person
-Coffee (obviously in relation to the # of people in your party
drinking coffee & the # of days you will be staying)
-Drinks -- Alcoholic (enough beer, wine etc... for your party) &
Non-alcoholic (juice, sodas) |
