The Thanksgiving emails are coming out later and later. Jennifer has graciously volunteered to handle the emails--including nagging reminding people to respond.  Please let us (Jennifer, Scott and me) know if you are coming, and if so what your plans are for arrival and departure. If you don't know at this time, please let us know that and tell us what your best guess is.

I think that everyone knows what the teams are. Basically for every meal, we need set-up, cooking, and clean up. Please let us know what you will do. Please DO NOT SAY, "what ever you need". Also please be advised that people need to be on multiple teams, depending upon how long you will be here. The teams can be an evolving process--as people volunteer we can continue to assess needs and fill people in where necessary.

Hello everybody,

So this is pretty much me recycling last year's web site, which was also recycled from previous years. You can refer to this web site to see the organization structure, who is on your team, and what teams need members. Like in past years, this is as basic as it gets.  Simply check the team lists and when you see a task you want to volunteer for e-mail me.  See you all at Thanksgiving, and remember, VIVE LE CANADA!
