By accepting any position in the NEW PERSPECTIVE FESTIVAL, all THEATRE ARTISTS agree to participate at their own risk,
fully understanding that this is a voluntary theatre program, that injury or loss is their own responsibility, and that NEW
PERSPECTIVE and/or SWEDENBORG HALL cannot be held liable in any circumstance.
PARTICIPANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS both NEW PERSPECTIVE and SWEDENBORG HALL from any and all loss, liability,
damage, fees, or costs that may be incurred due to participation in festival, whether caused by negligence of NEW
PERSPECTIVE and/or SWEDENBORG HALL or otherwise.
Anyone attending this event agrees that they can be filmed or appear in a photograph which may be used for NEW PERSPECTIVE's
promotional purposes. If such recordings [film, digital media, photographs or video] are produced, they will remain
the copyright/property of NEW PERSPECTIVE and may be used by them at any time in any media.
