These are Delicious Almond Cookies!
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
6 Tbs. Whipping Cream
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Cups all purpose flour
Place the butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl and cream until smooth, Then beat in 2 or the eggs and the whipping cream. Add the salt and flour until well blended, then wrap the dough in waxed paper and refrigerate overnight. Roll out on a lightly floured surface and
cut into triangles. Beat the remaining egg and brush over the surfaces of the triangles.
Sprinkle with the chopped almonds. Place the triangles on an air bake cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 375º for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Allow to cool completely before serving or packaging.
